This is an educational example with a synthetic voice. An RSS feed is a file that podcast applications can read to follow a show. It contains the show's title, description, and cover image address. For each episode, it also includes a title, a date, and a link to the audio file. That audio link is stored in an element called an enclosure. Your podcast host stores your audio and provides the feed address. Directories, such as Apple Podcasts and Spotify, then read the feed to display your episodes. Here, we are using a local demonstration. A localhost address works on this computer, but external platforms cannot reach it. This demonstration does not publish any episode.
